RETURNS
At Thunderdome 2022 there will be a Merchandise Returns stand available (next to the Main merchandise stand) where you can return items and receive a refund.
- All products are still in the original packaging or sealing and are undamaged, clean and unworn.
- Fitting is permitted.
- It’s only possible to return products for a refund. Need a different size? Return your item and place a new order.
- We will check every return extensively. It is not allowed to use merchandise at the event and return it after usage. These items will be denied.
- Merchandise workers at Thunderdome are allowed to deny any return if any of the above rules apply to your item.
